Returns & Exchanges – TapGuards

Window

  • You may return or exchange within 7 days of the shipped date as shown on your tracking.
  • To start, email support@tapguards.com with your order #, reason, and whether you prefer a return or exchange. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (all inserts/accessories included).
  • We cannot accept items that are opened, used, damaged, altered, or missing parts.
  • Final-sale items, gift cards, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping and labels. Please use a trackable method; we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll cover the label—contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

  • Once our fulfillment team receives and inspects the return as unused/unopened, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt. Original shipping paid (if any) isn’t refundable.

Exchanges

  • We’ll ship the exchange after the original item arrives and passes inspection.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International orders (if applicable)

  • Duties/taxes are set by your country and aren’t refundable by TapGuards. Return shipping for international orders is customer-paid.
